Why do you not ship to my country?

Due to recent issues with delivery to locations outside the United States, we had to re-evaluate our policies on international shipping, and some countries were removed from our ship-to locations. Please contact us if you live outside the United States about shipping to your country.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from PayPal with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

What if my package is lost or my product is damaged?

Please get in touch with us if your package seems to be lost in transit or damaged. We are happy to work in conjunction with you and the shipping carrier. Often, we can file claims and then send a replacement (if possible) when needed.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are shipped within 7 business days (excluding the holidays). Please be patient with us - it's just us and five cats (they only watch, criticize, and demand treaties), and we work as hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please be aware that Covid-19 has created some unexpected delivery delays.

Do you have gift cards?

Ethereal Visions Publishing doesn't offer gift cards at this time.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, we will work with you to find the best solution.
We will require proof of purchase and photos of the damaged or defective product.

Can I send a check or use a credit card for payment?

At this time, we are currently only accepting payments through PayPal. Please visit PayPal's FAQ for questions about using the site to send payments.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We are happy to offer wholesale pricing to verified shops if we have available stock. If you are interested, please contact us for pricing.
